We are a small studio who makes all of our objects in-house and by hand, so our stock levels fluctuate. Each object will have its own detailed information regarding the time
from order to dispatch and then the estimated shipping time.
If you need an object quicker than the estimate, please contact me and we'll see what we can do.
We aim to keep stock of all products, however all of our pieces are individually handmade, so stock levels do fluctuate. We will ship your item 2-4 days after your order,
and if we cannot we will let you know, at time of purchase.
After dispatch: Canada: 1-3 days. USA: 5-9 days. Rest of world: 5-9 days.

NOTE: All services are a 'sign for service' so please provide a daytime addreess where you can sign for a package. *Prices will be different if ordered with other products.
Customs duties , Taxes and charges:
These are the responsibilty of the buyer. Shipping will be via courier and a 'Sign For' service,
so please provide an address where which you can sign for the parcel during working hours.
Some of other items are typically made to order,
so the lead time before dispatch is typically 1-2 weeks. If you need the one earlier than this please email us and we shall see what we can do to speed up the process.

All transactions will be in Canada Dollar ($CAN).

Important information for customers from outside Canada:
If your order is to be delivered outside Canada, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns & exchanges:
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send the back for an exchange or a full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
We ask that you return the goods unused. We request that you please enclose
the invoice supplied with your delivery. Please contact us before you do.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items
(statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper.
Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
We will not divulge your email, postal address or telephone number.
We may contact you either by post, email or telephone, primarily as customer service
following up on any issues with an order or to answer any questions you may have.
We will not pass on your e-mail address to any other company.
